How does the dump file service work?

Fill in the form, then send your original ECU dump file (BIN or HEX) plus your vehicle details on WhatsApp. We modify the dump on the bench and return the patched file in 2–4 working hours. You write it back with your own tool.

Which file formats do you accept?

BIN and HEX files read from your EEPROM programmer or ECU tool. Include the chip name (for example 93C86, 95040, 95160, TC1797) so we verify the profile before touching your file.

What do you need to prove ownership?

Your SA ID (or passport) and proof of vehicle ownership, plus the VIN matching your documentation. We only work on vehicles you own. Send the documents on WhatsApp with your dump.

EFT before delivery of the patched file. We confirm the job is ready on WhatsApp, you pay, and the file is sent immediately with write-back instructions.

Q: Do I need to send my physical ECU?

No. The e-dump service is fully digital — only the file is sent. If you need the module removed, read and written for you, use our nationwide mail-in service instead.

We check every dump before charging. If your file is not supported, unreadable or read incorrectly, we tell you before any payment — you are never charged for a failed attempt.

Read your dump twice. The single biggest cause of failed jobs is a wrong or partial read. Read twice and compare — we also check every file before charging, so a bad dump costs you nothing but time.

Ownership is verified — no exceptions.

We only modify dumps for vehicles you own. Send your SA ID (or passport) and proof of vehicle ownership on WhatsApp with your dump. The same IMMO-off Agreement applies — read it before you start.
