What we need from you

  • Original dump file — BIN or HEX, read with your EEPROM programmer / ECU tool
  • Chip / MCU name if available (e.g. 93C86, 95160, 95320, TC1797, ST10)
  • Module part number (e.g. 038906019DL)
  • VIN + vehicle year and engine code where relevant
  • SA ID (or passport) + proof of ownership — we only work on your own vehicle
Read your dump twice. The single biggest cause of failed jobs is a wrong or partial read. Read twice and compare — we also check every file before charging, so a bad dump costs you nothing but time.

Dump service questions

Do I need to send my physical ECU?

No — the e-dump service is fully digital. Only the file is sent. If you want the module removed, read and written for you, use the nationwide mail-in service instead.

How fast is the turnaround?

2–4 working hours during 08:00–17:00 Mon–Fri. If a file needs a longer profile check we tell you before charging.

Which formats and chips do you support?

BIN and HEX from standard EEPROM programmers (93Cxx, 95040/95080, 95320, 95640…), plus common flash profiles. Send your chip name with the file and we confirm support before charging.

What if my dump is wrong or unsupported?

We check every file before charging. Unsupported or bad read = no charge, and you keep your original.

How do I pay?

EFT before delivery. We confirm on WhatsApp, you pay, the patched file is sent immediately with write-back instructions.

Is this legal?

We only work on vehicles you own, with ID and ownership proof on file. Read the IMMO-off Agreement for the full terms.
